We will split mileage fees between schools, daycares and libraries working together that book in conjunction with one another. For example, if your library will book at the same time with another library on the same day in the same city, a $25.00 mileage fee will become $12.50 for each site. A $45.00 mileage fee will apply to various cities INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO the following: Aledo, Anna, Aubrey, Azle, Benbrook, Bonham, Carthage, Celina, Chico, Decatur, Denton, Diboll, Hallsville, Haslet, Krum, Mt. Pleasant, Mt. Vernon, Paradise, Ponder, Prosper, Weatherford. PLEASE ASK ABOUT YOUR AREA.
A $50.00 fee will be applied when travel in between shows is between 50 and 80 miles. Example: You want to book a show for the Tyler area and I already have a show booked in Irving on the same day you want. You will be charged a $45.00 mileage fee in addition to the show fee. This fee also applies to the following cities: Belton, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, Killeen.
A $70.00 fee will be applied when travel in between shows exceeds 80 miles. Example: If you would like to book a show in Waco (or Tyler) and I am scheduled the same day in Dallas/Ft. Worth area (and metroplex), you will be charged a $70.00 mileage fee in addition to the show fee.
